Recently, we reported about Vishal criticising Chief Minister Vijay for choosing Rajmohan as the Minister for Film Technology and Cinematograph Act. In a lengthy post on X, Vishal described it as a 'disheartening' decision. Actors such as Arun Vijay and others supported Vijay's decision soon after Vishal's criticism came.
Now, actor Krishna has directly addressed the criticism of the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. Taking to X, the actor quote tweeted Vishal's post and wrote, "Our CM is also new to his job, how come you don't have an opinion there." The actor added, "By the way, i hope u remember how u left me high n dry when I had an issue. Before winning you said "wait until elections r over " but after u won.. u excused urself from the issue. Let's give Rajmohan a chance."
The actor appears to be alluding to his recent drug bust and Vishal's stance related to that issue.
An X user made fun of Krishna by calling him a 'drug addict' and making a dig at his apparent hypocrisy. However, the actor retorted to the user by sarcastically saying that something that translates to, "You keep talking King."
Responding to another user who praised his retort to Vishal, Krishna wrote, "When I saw it I couldn't stop. I am not a politician, I usually don't speak against or for anyone but this statement is cruel n rude. Cyber bullying is normal and I face it too. Without knowing complete truth people talk but they all are paavam ..... but I expect Mr. Vishal to be more welcoming."
Talking to a different user, who asked Krishna to remain calm, the actor said that "criticising someone without giving them a chance is unfair."
Many public figures, including Kamal Haasan, recently said that Vijay deserves some time at the office and that it is too early to judge him as an administrator.
