The makers of director Pandiraaj's upcoming film Parimala and Co dropped the second single from it earlier this Saturday. Titled 'Tomato Thakkali,' it is an energetic rap number with quirky lyrics. The track is sung by Anthony Daasan, PJ and Varma with lyrics by Varma and based on a composition by Foxn duo, PJ and Wayne.

The 'Tomato Thakkali' music video sees Parimala and Co actors Jayaram, Urvashi, and Mysskin shedding their inhibitions and dancing with joy. Joining the trio in the video are the film's actors Sandy and Sanjana Krishnamoorthy, among others.

The upcoming film brings Jayaram and Urvashi back together onscreen after two decades. It also stars Yogi Babu, Santosh Sobhan, Ananthika Sanilkumar, and Tamilkumaran, among others.

The lead cast has been busy promoting the film through interviews and other events. Some of their interactions during the promotions have been going viral on the internet, such as one where Jayaram went to sleep after a reporter asked him to impersonate Mysskin.

Parimala and Co is produced by Subaskaran of Lyca Productions, Tamilkumaran under his namesake banner, and director Pandiraaj through his label Pasanga Productions. On the technical front, the film has cinematographer George C Williams, composer Foxn, editor Pradeep E Ragav, and art director T Ramalingam.

Recently, the makers of the film announced Sree Gokulam Movies as the Kerala distribution partner for it. However, Lyca Productions is yet to announce a release date for the film. Meanwhile, here is a link to the second single from the film:
