Nagarjuna praises Priyanka Mohan's Made in Korea, calls it "uplifting" and "feel-good"

Nagarjuna noted that he "totally enjoyed" watching Made in Korea and described it as "the right medicine for these stressful times"

Noted actor Nagarjuna Akkineni has lauded Priyanka Mohan's latest film Made in Korea, which was recently released on Netflix. Taking to his X handle, the Coolie actor congratulated director Ra Karthik for making an "uplifting" and "feel-good" film. He noted that he "totally enjoyed it" and described it as "the right medicine for these stressful times."

Expressing his gratitude, the Nitham Oru Vaanam filmmaker replied, "Sir!!!! Thank you so much for your support. It means a lot for me! Mee appreciation naaku chala special. Love you sir (sic)."

Made in Korea follows Shenba (Priyanka Mohan) whose massive dream of visiting Korea with her boyfriend, shatters in betrayal. Grappling with loneliness and cultural challenges, she rediscovers herself, her identity and forms a bond for life with her newfound friends.

Besides Priyanka Mohan, the film also stars Rishikanth, Baek Si-hoon, Jaehyun Jang, Kim So-ri, Ha Ram, and Kim Rok. Since its release on March 12, the film has been receiving positive response, with appreciation for its storyline.

On the technical front, the film will feature editing by Anthony, music composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab and cinematography by Prasanna Kumar. Srinidhi Sagar of Rise East Entertainment is the producer of the film.

Nagarjuna was last seen as the antagonist Simon Xavier in Rajinikanth's latest film Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. It features an ensemble cast including Soubin Shahir, Upendra, Shruti Haasan, Sathyaraj, and Rachita Ram with Aamir Khan and Pooja Hegde in special appearances.
