The star-studded wedding of Khushbu and Sundar C's daughter Avantika Sundar saw many top celebrities from the Tamil, Telugu and Hindi industries in attendance. The grand event, which took place in a luxury resort in Goa, had Trisha, Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna and his wife Amala, and Venkatesh, among others gracing the ceremony.

Besides these actors, Jackie Shroff and Anil Kapoor were also spotted at the event. In one of the viral videos, Jackie Shroff and Anil Kapoor were seen laughing and interacting with Chiranjeevi and Venkatesh. The theme seems to have been golden as all those in attendance were seen donning sarees, shirts and veshtis in golden shades.

Khushbu Sundar, who currently serves as the National Executive Committee Member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, had invited several top actors and members of the film fraternity as well as politicians. Khushbu, Sundar C, along with their daughters Avantika and Anandita recently met PM Narendra Modi in Delhi and CM Vijay in Chennai to present them the wedding invitation. However, they seemed to have skipped the event owing to their busy schedules.

Avantika Sundar is making her acting debut with the upcoming Malayalam film Aarambham. Directed by Sujesh Annie Eapen, it features her in the lead role as Arathi. She is also simultaneously making her debut in Tamil with Pavish's Attacker, helmed by first time filmmaker Dhamo Nagapooshnam.

Avantika is getting married to Shravan Sreenivasan, a Merchant Navy Officer from Chennai. In an earlier interview, Khushbu said that it was a "love-cum-arranged marriage" with both the parents meeting and consenting to their choices.
