Actor Kishore, who was last seen in Kaliyugam in Tamil, has joined hands with debut director Sivanesan S for his next, a suspense thriller. Sivanesan, who is set to helm his first feature, has previously directed four seasons of Naalaiya Iyakkunar.

Joining Kishore in the yet-to-be-titled film are Charlee, Charukesh, Vinoth Kishan, Leela Samson and Shali Nivekas, among others. As per a press note, director Sivanesan hinted at the storyline, saying, "The screenplay itself is the hero." A few images from the film's shoot feature Kishore in a cop's uniform.

The upcoming film is backed by Incredible Productions, which previously produced Kaalidas. The film will feature music composed by Vishal Chandrasekar, cinematography by Suresh Bala and editing by Bhuvan Srinivasan. More details about the film's plot, extended cast and release date are yet to be announced.

Meanwhile, Kishore also had the release of Amruthamathi in Kannada and Vadakkan and L2: Empuraan in Malayalam earlier this year. He is currently working on Thayur Kasthur Gandhi.
