Dhruv Vikram spoke about his favourite films and actor in Malayalam cinema in a recent conversation for Bison, his film with director Mari Selvaraj. Speaking to Manorama Online, Dhruv was also asked about his favourite movie starring Vikram and the actor he likes the most in the industry. He mentioned Bramayugam, Premam and June as his three favourite Malayalam films. As he mentioned June on the list, Dhruv's Bison co-star Rajisha Vijayan gave him a tap on the shoulder as it is a film starring her in the lead role. The actor then picked Anniyan as his favourite Vikram film. As for his favourite actor in Malayalam cinema, it is Mohanlal.

Interestingly, Vikram also once said that he likes Mohanlal and Mammootty the most in Malayalam cinema. Vikram even said that his wife often compares him with Mohanlal. Saying his spouse is a much bigger Mohanlal fan than him, Vikram revealed that she would prefer the Malayalam legend's acting to anything he does, even if it is something nice.

Coming back to Dhruv, Bison has grossed more than 50 crore from theatres worldwide. The film also stars Pasupathy, Anupama Parameswaran, Lal, and Ameer, among others.
