Kavin represents the middle class as he plans a heist with his team to defeat the rich, represented by Andrea Jeremiah, in the trailer for Mask. The trailer was unveiled by the makers of Sunday.

A heist thriller, the trailer shows Kavin as a middle-class man, while Andrea plays a rich and dangerous woman. We then see visuals of their lives intersecting, which Andrea threatens to be risky for Kavin. But an unyielding Kavin is seen planning some kind of heist to get back. Much of the plot is kept under wraps in the trailer of Mask, which promises to show both Kavin and Andrea in interesting grey shades.

Helmed by Vikarnan Ashok and mentored by Vetri Maaran, Mask also stars Ruhani Sharma. Bala Saravanan, VJ Archana Chandhoke, and Charlie feature in key roles.

Andrea is also producing the film under her The Show Must Go On banneralongside Black Madras Films' SP Chockalingam. Vetri Maaran, who serves as a mentor for the film, is also a previous producer for it. The Vada Chennai filmmaker was attached to the project to produce it through his banner Grass Roots Film Company before the company's closure.

Recently, Kavin disclosed that Mask stars him in a role with a much deeper grey shade in comparison with his earlier films Star and Dada. On the technical front, the film has music by GV Prakash, cinematography by RD Rajasekhar, editing by R Ramar, and stunts by Peter Hein and Vicky. ZEE5 has the rights to release the film digitally after its theatrical premiere.

The film is all set to open in theatres on November 21.
