The upcoming film starring Vikranth and Riythvika, Deepavali Bonus, got its trailer on Tuesday.

The film's glimpse shows a couple, played by Vikranth and Riythvika, working hard to make their ends meet and celebrate Deepavali the way their son wants. The trailer video has Riythvika's character narrating her day-to-day struggles yet remains positive. Interestingly, the theme of Deepavali Bonus is similar to that of the 2023 film Kidaa, starring Kaali Venkat and Poo Ramu. The 2023 film is about Chellaiyah (Ramu), who struggles to buy the favourite clothes of his grandson for the Deepavali celebration.

Deepavali Bonus, produced by Deepak Kumar Tala of Sri Ankali Parameswari Productions, is written and directed by Jeyabal J. The film's technical crew comprises music composer Maria Jerald, cinematographer Gautham Sethuram, editor Parthiv Murugan and art director Arun.

Deepavali Bonus is scheduled for a theatrical release on October 25.
