Pugazh's Mr Zoo Keeper clears censorship formalities

CE Features

Actor Pugazh's upcoming film Mr Zoo Keeper has cleared censorship formalities and has received a U certificate from CBFC.

The trailer of the film establishes that one out of three newly born cubs of a tiger named Rajalakshmi has gone missing. We then see Pugazh a naive man, who takes care of the tiger cub, assuming it to be a cat. However, trouble ensues when police officers and forest officials get on the lookout for the cub, and find it in Pugazh's custody.

Mr Zoo Keeper is billed to be an adventure film with liberal doses of humour. The film used real animals for the shoot. The film's director, J Suresh, has previously helmed Madhavan's Ennavale.

Mr Zoo Keeper has Shirin Kanchwala cast opposite Pugazh. Singam Puli, Marimuthu, Imman Annachi and Pyramid Kumar form the supporting cast.

With cinematography by Tanvir Mir of Psycho-fame, and music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, the film will feature editing by Azeeb KS. The film is backed by Jeba of J4 Studios.

Mr Zoo Keeper is scheduled to be released in theatres in April.
