As Vikram is busy filming for his 62nd film Veera Dheera Sooran helmed by SU Arun Kumar, the director has revealed an interesting update about the shoot progress and what kind of a film will it be.

In a recent interview to a popular Tamil magazine, the Chithha director said he has completed 20-30% of the shoot. Billing the film as an action thriller, he said it also contains emotional aspects. He termed Veera Dhoora Sooran as a new experience for him as a filmmaker.

Speaking about Vikram, he says he is learning humility from the actor and how to still be thristy despite heaping successes.

Vikram had recently posted that the first schedule of Veera Dheera Sooran has concluded.

SU Arun Kumar is directing the film, which also stars Dushara Vijayan, SJ Suryah, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Siddique. With the film, Vikram is collaborating with Arun Kumar for the first time in his career.

Earlier, the makers had released a teaser on his birthday which revealed that the film will be released in two parts and the second part will be released prior to the first. Vikram plays Kaali, a departmental store owner in Veera Dheera Sooran.

Veera Dheera Sooran will have music by GV Prakash Kumar, cinematography by Theni Eswar, editing by Prasanna GK, and art direction by CS Balachander. The film is backed by Riya Shibu under the HR Pictures banner. More details on the plot and release date are yet to be revealed.
