The trailer of Are You Ok Baby, was released by the makers on social media recently, ahead of the film's release on September 22. The film is helmed by Lakshmy Ramakrishnan.

The trailer begins with a couple, played by Abhirami and Samuthirakani, who have a baby. As they spend joyous moments together, the tonality of the film changes as they seem to be in some kind of situation.  On the other side, we see a woman in a helpless position, and sooner we see the trio entangled in a legal situation. The film seems to touch upon adoption and we also see a glimpse of Lakshmy's famous talk show Solvedhalaam Unmai.

With Samuthirakani and Abhirami playing the lead roles, the cast also includes Mullai Arasi, Mysskin, Murugaa Ashok, Aadukalam Naren, Pavel Navageethan, Robo Shankar, Vinodhini, Lakshmy Ramakrishnan, among others.

Are You Ok Baby was extensively shot in Chennai and Kerala. The music is scored by Ilaiyaraaja. The director also revealed that the film has only one song, penned by Ialiyaraaja himself, and crooned by Shwetha Mohan.The film is censored U/A.
