Parundhaaguthu Oor Kuruvi clears censors, gets release date

The makers of the upcoming Tamil film Parundhaaguthu Oor Kuruvi have got the film censored, and the board have given the film a U/A certificate. The makers also announced that the film would be released in theatres on March 24. 

Ko Dhanabalan, who earlier assisted director Ram, will be making his debut with the film. The film stars Vivek Prasanna, Nishanth Rusho, Vinod Sagar, Arul D Shankar, Kodangi Vadivel and R Ramadoss. Renjith Unni will be making his debut as a music director in Tamil with this film. He is best known for singing the hit Malayalam song Entammede Jimikki Kammal

According to the makers of the film, Parundhaaguthu Oor Kuruvi was shot in locations in the forests in and around Ooty and Gudalur.

Nishanth is best known for appearing in Pandrikku Nandri Solli, while Vivek Prasanna is best known for films like Meyadha Maan, Aadai, Sethupathi, and the recently released web series Vadhandhi. The makers of the film are yet to confirm a release date for the film.
