Sachin-Abarnathi film Demon gets release date

The film marks the debut directorial of Ramesh Pazhaniivel

The makers of the upcoming Tamil film Demon, on Monday, announced that the film is all set to hit theatres on September 1. The film marks the debut directorial of Ramesh Pazhaniivel, an erstwhile assistant of filmmaker Vasanthabalan. 

The film is headlined by Beginning-fame Sachin, and actor Abarnathi, known for her performance in Jail. R Somasundaram is backing Demon under the Window Boys Pictures banner. The film is billed to be a psychological thriller based on real-life incidents and will have elements of horror. 

Apart from Sachin and Abarnathi, Demon also stars Kumki-fame Ashwin,  Raveena Daha, Shruthi Periyasamy, Mippusamy, Prabhakaran, Abhishek, Tharani, Navya Suji and Saleema among others.  

The technical crew of Demon comprises Marakkar-fame Ronnie Raphael composing music and cinematography by RS Ananda Kumar. Vasanthabalan, who recently had the release of his latest directorial Aneethi, will be presenting the film.
