The first single from the upcoming Tamil film Bakasuran, titled Siva Sivayam, will release on Wednesday, the makers announced on social media. 

Starring Selvaraghavan in the lead role, the film is directed by Mohan G and also features cinematographer-turned-actor Natraj (Natty). The technical crew consists of Farook J Basha as the cinematographer, while Devaraj has handled the edit. Music has been composed by Sam CS. The film is being bankrolled by GM Film Corporation.

It went on floors in April and wrapped up in July. Bakasuran is Mohan G's fourth film after Pazhaya Vannarapettai, Draupathi, and Rudra Thandavam.

The film is set to hit the screens sometime in 2022.
