Popular choreographer Jani took to Twitter to tease fans of Vijay about what awaits them in the actor's next film, Varisu. While sharing a photo in which he can be seen dancing enthusiastically, Jani wrote, "Thalapathy Vijay sir fans, mark my words. Get ready to witness the MAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSS level dance from Actor Vijay garu. No one's going to just sit and watch it in theatres..."

Jani had earlier choreographed dance steps for the chartbuster numbers 'Arabic Kuthu' and 'Jolly O Gymkhana' from Beast but the choreography in the former was met with mixed responses.

Varisu, directed by Vamshi Paidipally, features Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead and the supporting cast includes Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Shaam, and Srikanth.

The film, produced by Sri Venkateshwara Creations, is set to release on Pongal 2023.
