Simbu is set to team up with Vels International yet again. Tentatively titled STR 48, the film's official announcement will be made tomorrow. Details regarding the director and other team members are expected to be revealed only then.

Reportedly, STR 48 will be directed by Gokul of Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara fame. Earlier, he had announced a film titled Corona Kumar with Simbu. We will have to wait till the announcement if this is the same project.

Simbu is currently awaiting the release of Venkat Prabhu's Maanaadu. He also has Gautham Menon's Vendhu Thaninthathu Kaadu and Pathu Thala coming up.
