Veteran Malayalam actor Siddique has been accused of sexual misconduct by actor-model Revathy Sampath. In a Facebook post, Revathy slammed Siddique's inappropriate behaviour during the preview of Sukhamayirikkatte in Thiruvananthapuram, in 2016. She shared the post alongside a video of Siddique lashing out against the Women in Cinema Collective at a press conference last year.

Revathy wrote that she wasn't able to resist sharing her experience after watching the video several times. "This Actor Siddique tried to sexually misbehave with me on 2016 in a preview of 'Sukhamayirikate' movie at Nila theatre, Trivandrum..!! His verbal sexual offerings made me morally down at the age of 21...I still remember the trauma!!!" said Revathy, adding that she wondered if Siddique's daughter, who is of her age, is in safe hands. 

"What will you do if the same thing happens with your daughter, Mr.Siddique?" she asked. Revathy concluded the post by saying, "Shame on these masks-layered, self-called gentlemen out there in the film industry..!!"

Siddique, who is part of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA) led by Mohanlal, has not responded to the allegation yet. Recently, Malayalam actors Mukesh and Alencier Ley have been similarly called out for misbehaving with women.
