Deepika Padukone takes yoga lessons for Shakun Batra’s next

Deepika Padukone is taking yoga lessons for director Shakun Batra’s upcoming next. The as-yet untitled film, which also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Pandey, is set for release on February 12, 2021.

Deepika and team were set to begin their shoot schedule in Sri Lanka but had to hold off due to the lockdown.

A source shares, “Ahead of commencing the shoot for Shakun Batra’s directorial, Deepika Padukone has started training in yoga. It is a part of her preparation for the film. While there is no understanding of how this is going to be of help to her in the film, as not much is known about her character, it is only known that she has recently started training for it.”

The actor has also been reading parts of the script daily as she does not want to lose touch with her character, the source adds.
