Sunainaa, who was recently seen in the ZEE5 originals High Priestess and Finger Tip, is currently shooting for a sci-fi dark-comedy in Tamil, titled Trip. Newcomer Praveen plays the male lead in the film, directed by debutant Dennis Manjunathan, a former assistant of Sam Anton.

The film, which also stars an American pitbull dog, is being shot in interior forest locations. Sharing pictures of the shoot, the actor revealed that Trip is the first Indian movie to have a pitbull in it. 

"I am happy to be part of the project. It has a good storyline. During the rehearsals, I could see that Praveen has great potential. He will surely establish himself as a good actor with his unique skills. Dennis' script is a fascinating one," Sunaina said, in a statement.
