Tharun Sudhir returns to acting with Nithyashri-starrer Vrithra

Writer-actor-director Tharun Sudhir, who is currently busy with his directorial Roberrt, starring Darshan, has not sidelined his acting interests. After a break, he will now be seen on the silver screen in Gautham Iyer’s directorial debut, Vrithra, alongside Nithyashri.

Son of yesteryear actor Sudhir, Tharun, who has acted in 10 films, is known for his roles in films such as Excuse Me, Navagraha, and Cheluve Ninna Nodoalu. He made his directorial debut with Chowka in 2017.

"In Vrithra, Tharun plays an important character that comes at a crucial point in the film, and adds depth and philosophy,” says Gautham.  

The film, which has been certified 'U', will hit theatres on October 11. The trailer of Vrithra, meanwhile, will be out this Thursday.
