Asuran-fame Teejay in AR Rahman's next 

The actor has announced on social media that he's a part of AR Rahman's next musical, which is an action thriller

Dhanush's recent hit, Asuran, directed by Vetri Maaran, happened to be the Tamil debut of London-based-independent singer Teejay Arunasalam. Teejay had played Dhanush and Manju Warrier's son in the film. After the success of Asuran, the actor-singer was said to have signed another big project in Tamil, and he has announced now on social media that he's a part of AR Rahman's next musical, which is an action thriller

While an official announcement is awaited, Teejay has posted a photo of himself on his social media, captioned: "I've started working on the next transformation. Very excited to board this fabulous team. Two months of continuous gym for an action thriller. Shooting  in December. AR Rahman's music."

Word has it that Teejay has been roped in to play an important role in Vikram 58, Vikram's next with director Ajay Gnanamuthu. Vikram 58, which is believed to feature Vikram in multiple roles and KGF-actor Srinidhi Shetty as the female lead, has music by AR Rahman.
