One of GV Prakash's long-awaited projects, Ayngaran, is finally gearing up for release and has been certified 'U'. A source close to the unit has said that the officials in the Censor board congratulated director Ravi Arasu for Ayngaran's content.

The film, which went on floors in 2017, is Ravi's second directorial after Eetti starring Atharvaa. 

Ayngaran, which has Mahima Nambiar as the female lead, also stars Kaali Venkat. Hareesh Peradi and Aruldoss.

With GV Prakash himself composing the music, cinematography and editing are handled by Saravanan Abimanyu and Raja Mohammed, respectively.
