With the buzz surrounding Rajinikanth's next with AR Murugadoss increasing each day, it is now being reported that the untitled project will go on floors in Mumbai on April 10. 

The film is expected to be bankrolled by Lyca Productions, which has previously joined hands with Murugadoss for Kaththi and Rajinikanth for 2.0. Though Keerthy Suresh and Nayanthara were speculated to play the female lead in the film, there is no official confirmation on this yet. Composer Anirudh Ravichander, who worked on Rajini's Petta, and cinematographer Santhosh Sivan, are the only crew members to be confirmed for the project as of now. 

An official announcement is expected soon regarding the title and principal team of the project.
