Writer Abburi Ravi has turned into an actor with director Sai Kiran Adivi's upcoming suspense thriller Operation Gold Fish (OGF). He will be playing an antagonist named Ghazi Baba in the spy-thriller that also stars Aadi Sai Kumar and Sasha Chettri.

Ravi's first look from the film was unveiled by director Trivikram Srinivas today. "It was Trivikram who introduced me as a writer, and so, it feels great to have him release the first look of my first film as an actor. I never imagined I, someone who religiously does pujas and wears vermilion, could portray a dreaded terrorist. The entire credit should go to Sai Kiran for conceiving this character," says Abburi Ravi.

Produced under Vinayakudu Talkies, OGF also features Nooka Raju, Krishnudu, Manoj Nandam and Anish Kuruvilla in supporting roles. The music of the film is by Sricharan Pakala.
