Director Nagashekar plans to give a glimpse of the titular character in the teaser

Abhishek, who is making his debut with Amar, says that one of the first film lessons he picked up from his father, Ambareesh, was the importance of dubbing. “My father had told me that there will be times when you feel you could have done a scene in a better manner. And that can still be rectified during the dubbing process. That’s when I understood the importance of voice modulation.”

Abhishek, who feels that his voice sounds similar to his father's, believes he still has much to learn. “This is a new experience and it depends on how the audience will take it,” he says.

The first teaser of Amar is getting ready, and the makers will release it on February 14. Director Nagashekar plans to give a glimpse of Amar’s character in the teaser.

The film, made under Sandesh Productions, features Tanya Hope as the female lead. With Sudharani and Deepak Shetty also part of the cast, Amar will have Darshan playing a pivotal role, while Nirup Bhandari and Rachita Ram will make a guest appearance.
