Nitin Sathyaa, who turned a producer last year with Jarugandi, starring Jai and Reba Monica John, will be bankrolling a thriller with Vaibhav in the lead. The yet-to-be-titled film will be directed by Prabhu Charles, an erstwhile assistant of director Mohan Raja. 

The makers of the film are currently in the process of finalising the cast and crew for the project. 

It can be noted that Nitin and Vaibhav shared screen space with each other in Venkat Prabhu's Chennai 600028 II: Second Innings, in 2016. 

Vaibhav, who recently made a special appearance in Rajinikanth's Petta, has films like RK Nagar and Katteri waiting for release.
