Rajinikanth-Siva’s Thalaivar 168 goes on floors

The shooting of Rajinikanth’s upcoming film with director Siva began today with most of the cast and crew in attendance. Tentatively referred to as Thalaivar 168, the film will see Meena and Khusbhu team up with Rajinikanth on screen after 24 years and 28 years, respectively.

Apart from these actors, Keerthy Suresh and Soori are also part of the film. Thalaivar 168 marks the first collaboration of both these actors with Rajinikanth. 

The makers of Thalaivar 168, Sun Pictures, took to social media today to announce that comedian Sathish has also been roped in for the project. 

Thalaivar 168 will have music by D Imman, who also scored Siva’s earlier film Viswasam.

Meanwhile, Rajinikanth will soon be seen in AR Murugadoss’ Darbar which will hit screens this Pongal. It is expected that the trailer of Darbar will be released tomorrow to mark Rajinikanth's 69th birthday.
