Samantha has travelled to Portugal to shoot for her part in Nagarjuna-starrer Manmadhudu 2. The Majili actor, who will be making a cameo in the film, began shooting for her portions today.
 
Directed by Rahul Ravindran, the film stars Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead. The shooting in Portugal began 15 days ago and the team will be returning to Hyderabad in the first week of May. 

Kollywood actor Akshara Gowda is also playing an important role in the film and she has already recently joined the sets. Chaitan Bharadwaj is scoring the music for the film which also features veteran actor Lakshmi, Rao Ramesh and Payal Rajput in supporting roles.
