While it was speculated earlier that Keerthy Suresh might pair up with Sasikumar for Kombu Vecha Singamda, it has been confirmed now that Madonna Sebastian will be playing the heroine in the film. 

Directed by SR Prabhakaran, who has made films like Idhu Kathirvelam Kadhal with Udhayanidhi and Sathriyan with Vikram Prabhu, the film is bankrolled by Inder Kumar under his banner Redhan Cinema. Kombu Vecha Singamda has music by Maragadha Naanayam-fame Dhibu Ninan Thomas.

Meanwhile, Madonna also has Kotigobba 3 alongside Sudeep in her kitty. Sasikumar, on the other hand, has projects like Karthik Subbraj's Petta, Gautham Menon's Enai Noki Paayum Thotta, and Nadodigal 2 in various stages of production.
