The latest addition to Petta’s extensive star cast is director-actor Sasikumar, who is said to have played a cameo in the Rajinikanth biggie. The Asuravadham actor is reportedly shooting for his portions in Varanasi. He is said to return to Madurai on Friday after completing his portions for the film. Sasikumar is the latest addition to an ensemble dream cast that comprises Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Simran, Trisha, Vijay Sethupathi, Bobby Simha, Megha Akash, and Sananth.

Sasikumar has also finished shooting for his cameo in Gautham Menon’s Enai Noki Paayum Thotta, in which he plays Dhanush’s brother. He also has Nadodigal 2 that is awaiting release and the Sundarapandian sequel, Kombu Vatcha Singamda, in the pipeline.
