Daniel Annie Pope aka Danny who recently made news for his stint on Bigg Boss Tamil has now signed his next project. The Idharkku Dhaane Aasai Pattai Balakumara actor will be part of a political comedy which will feature four leads. Aadhav Kannadasan, Esakki Bharath, and Bharath Seeni play the other leads. The film has been titled Naangu Killadigal and will be helmed by Rajmohan who has earlier directed Kunguma Poovum Konjum Pooravum and Vaanavarayan Vallavarayan. 

Girishh Gopalakrishnan of Aval fame will compose music for the film with lyrics by Snehan and Mohanraj. The film is set in a hamlet close to North Chennai and will attempt to capture the lives and struggles of the people from the neighbourhood. Shooting is expected to begin by the end of October.
