Amala Paul's Aadai to be shot with sync sound

CE Features

Meyaadha Mann director Rathnakumar is the latest to join the sync sound bandwagon with his second film, Aadai, starring Amala Paul.

Taking to social media to announce the news, Rathnakumar said that filming Aadai in live sound will be a challenge, given the difficulty involved in getting several tasks right, including proper diction, modulation, memorising lines, breath control, patience and discipline. He added that the crew is up for the challenge.

Amala Paul, last seen in the Vishnu Vishal-starrer Ratsasan, will next be seen in the adventure thriller, Adho Andha Paravai Pola, directed by debutant KR Vinoth. Much like in Aadai, Amala will be dubbing for herself in Adho Andha Paravai too.

Aadai, starring a number of fresh faces, will have music by Pradeep Kumar’s band Oorka while Vijay Kartik Kannan of Iravaakaalam-fame is handling the cinematography
