Director-turned-actor Sasikumar completed shooting for his next film Asuravadham on Wednesday.  He broke the news on Twitter along with a photo of the crew on the last day of shoot.

The film, bankrolled by Leena Lalitkumar under the Seven Screen Studios banner, is directed by Marudhupandian. Asuravadham, which went on the floors in November, has been shot at a breakneck pace. Cinematographer SR Kathir has collaborated with Sasikumar for the eighth time, after last year’s rural film, Kodiveeran. Nanditha Swetha plays the female lead in the film.

Sasikumar is currently shooting for Samuthrakani's Nadodigal 2. Post that, he will be working in association with debutant director Pandian for a film that will be produced by Inder Kumar of Kuttram 23 and Thadam fame.
