Karthik Subbaraj's Stone Bench Creations have announced their first feature production, and it will be a romantic drama set in North Madras. The film will be directed by debutant Rathna Kumar, who like his mentor, makes the jump from short films to the big screen. It's worth noting that Rathna Kumar has already helmed a short in the production's first anthology film Bench Talkies - The First Bench.

 

Television star Priya Bhavani Shankar will be making her Tamil film debut in this film, which has been titled Meyaadha Maan. She will be starring alongside Vaibhav in this film, which is currently in post-production. Meyaadha Maan is expected to release later this year.
