Kaadhal Konden fame Sonia Aggarwal has been roped in for a major role in the upcoming film Unnal Ennal directed by Jayakrishna. He tells CE, "I needed a terrific artiste for a special character. I thought of Sonia and approached her. And she fit the bill perfectly. The script has loads of twists and turns."

The film revolves around three men who come to the city from their native village for livelihood. How they get trapped by a gang who resort to illegal means of making money, and how they get out of their problems, forms the crux of the story.
