Sreenath Bhasi’s new film G1 commenced shooting on Wednesday, following a traditional pooja ceremony held at Vagamon. Billed as a survival thriller, it is written, directed, and shot by Shan M.

According to the makers, G1 follows a young man who arrives in a high-range village and becomes unexpectedly trapped in a dangerous situation. His attempts to escape lead him through tense and dramatic moments, with freedom appearing increasingly impossible. In his struggle to return, he is also forced to confront his own weaknesses and hidden secrets.

G1 also stars Indrans, Jaffer Idukki, Abu Salim, Prashanth Murali, Biju Sopanam, Vaishakh Vijayan, Shaun, Naslilin Jameela, and Pauly Valsan in prominent roles. The technical crew includes editor Vinayan and composer Sreehari. The film is produced by Jenson Joy under the banner of Nebula Cinemas.

Sreenath’s upcoming projects also include Udumbanchola Vision, co-starring Mathew Thomas, and Pongala.
