Mathew Thomas-starrer Night Riders gets a new release date

The release of Night Riders, the upcoming Malayalam horror comedy starring Mathew Thomas, has been postponed to October 24, the makers announced on Wednesday. The film was initially scheduled to hit screens on October 10. It marks the directorial debut of seasoned editor Noufal Abdullah and is jointly scripted by Jyothish M and Sunu AV, the writing duo behind Pranaya Vilasam.

Set in the fictional village of Nellikkampoyyil, Night Riders is billed as a blend of horror and humour. The film also features Aavesham-fame Roshan Shanavas, Sarath Sabha, Meenakshi Unnikrishnan, Abu Salim, Rony David Raj, Vishnu Agasthya, Merin Philip, Sinil Sainuddin, Noushad Ali, Naseer Sankranthy, and Chaithra Praveen. Its technical crew comprises cinematographer Abhilash Shankar, composers Yakzan Gary Pereira and Neha S Nair, with editing handled by Noufal himself.

Night Riders is backed by Abbas Thirunavaya, Sajin Ali, and Hamza Thirunavaya, with Vimal TK, Kapil Jhaveri, and Gurmeet Singh serving as co-producers.
