Veteran actor Urvashi and Joju George are set to collaborate on a new film, which will be officially launched, along with its title, on July 15 in Kochi. It is produced under the banner of Ajith Vinayaka Films, known for backing projects such as Ponman, Gaganachari, Bandra, Saturday Night, Madanolsavam, and the recently released Sarkeet.

Ajith Vinayaka Films is also bankrolling the upcoming Nivin Pauly-starrer Dolby Dineshan, helmed by Sarkeet director Thamar KV. More details about the untitled film featuring Urvashi and Joju are yet to be revealed, but it notably marks the first collaboration between the two actors.

Urvashi was last seen in a cameo role in the Dileep-starrer Prince and Family, directed by debutant Binto Stephen. Up next, the Ullozhukku actor is also part of Paablo Paarty, a Malayalam-Tamil bilingual in which she will share screen space with her daughter Teja Lakshmi for the first time.

Joju, who has recently appeared in Tamil biggies such as Kamal Haasan-Mani Ratnam's Thug Life and Suriya-Karthik Subbaraj's Retro, also has Jeethu Joseph's Valathu Vashathe Kallan, co-starring Biju Menon in the lead, as part of his upcoming slate.
