Makers of Suresh Gopi-Anupama Parameswaran starrer JSK announces release window

On Sunday, the makers of JSK, starring Suresh Gopi and Anupama Parameswaran, have announced that the film will be released in cinemas during the summer, although the exact date or month is yet to be specified. A new poster featuring the lead actors has also been unveiled.

JSK, an abbreviation for Janaki v/s State of Kerala, is a courtroom drama. Suresh Gopi portrays an advocate, while Anupama Parameswaran plays his client. The film is directed by debutant Pravin Narayanan, who has co-written the script with Jai Vishnu.

The cast of JSK also includes Suresh Gopi’s younger son, Madhav Suresh, along with Shruti Ramachandran, Divya Pillai, Askar Ali, Baiju Santhosh, Kottayam Ramesh, and Shoby Thilakan. Renadive serves as the cinematographer, with editing by Samjith Mohamed and music composed by Ghibran. It is produced by Cosmos Entertainments.

Suresh Gopi, who is also a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha, has recently commenced filming his 250th project, Ottakomban, directed by Mathews Thomas. His upcoming slate also includes Varaaham by Sanal V Devan and Maniyan Chittappan, a spin-off to Arun Chandu's Gaganachari (2024).

Anupama Parameswaran, last seen in a cameo role in the Malayalam film Kurup, is also part of Sharaf U Dheen’s upcoming film Pet Detective. She is also headlining the Telugu film Paradha, co-starring Darshana Rajendran.
