The financial dispute between actor Hareesh Kanaran and production controller NM Badusha continues to intensify, even as the latter's film Rachel nears its release. Hareesh recently told Mollywood Connect that Badusha contacted him and said that he would "settle" the issue, which essentially means he would pay his dues to the former, after dealing with "a small issue" in his life. However, Badusha shared the clip where Hareesh can be seen saying the aforementioned and claimed that he never made any such promises to the actor. Badusha claimed that he recently called Hareesh and his spouse but neither attended his calls and that he subsequently contacted a person named Nirmal and discussed the issue.

"I never said that I would settle," Badusha wrote. Badusha also suggested that he has no intention to come to a settlement with Hareesh after the latter "disgraced" him in front of the public. Badusha also reiterated that he would share his end of the story in front of the media after the December 12 release of Rachel, starring Honey Rose in the lead role. Badusha also alleged that Hareesh Kanaran has only been attacking him with paid PR till now and sarcastically told the latter to keep doing so until he comes out with his story. Badusha also thanked those who supported him in the issue until now.
