Makers of Manjummel Boys released a new song titled Nebulakal before the film's release on Friday. Composed by Sushin Shyam with lyrics penned by Anwar Ali, the song has been sung by Pradeep Kumar.  

Directed by Chidambaram, the earlier released trailer of the film hinted that Manjummel Boys would be a survival thriller. The film is jointly produced by Soubin Shahir, Babu Shahir, and Shawn Antony. Besides financing, the Soubin Shahir plays a significant role in the film. The film's cast also includes Sreenath Bhasi, Balu Varghese, Ganapathi, Deepak Parambol, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Jean Paul Lal, Arun Kurian, Khalid Rahman Chandu Salimkumar and Vishnu Raghu, among others.
