Unni Mukundan-Ranjith Sankar film Jai Ganesha to begin in November 

Though the makers are yet to confirm, Jai Ganesha is speculated to be a superhero film

Unni Mukundan's new film Jai Ganesha with director Ranjith Sankar will go on floors on November 10, announced the makers on Friday. The duo are also co-producing the film under their banners, Unni Mukundan Films and Dreams N Beyond. Though the makers are yet to confirm, Jai Ganesha is speculated to be a superhero film.

Ranjith Sanakar recently wrote on social media that it's "an extremely demanding script to shoot that traverses between reality and imagination." He also added that over 100 multilingual characters will be part of the film, which is being made on a huge canvas.

Unni Mukundan, last seen in the blockbuster film Malikappuram, also has Gandharva Jr and Mindiyum Paranjum coming up, He is currently working on the Tamil film Karudan, which also stars Soori and Sasikumar. Vetrimaaran is scripting the film and it's directed by RS Durai Senthilkumar of Ethir Neechal and Kodi-fame.
