Kurukan gets second look, confirms July release

Vineeth Sreenivasan will be next seen as a lead actor in Kurukkan, directed by Jayalal Divakaran. On Friday, the makers released its second look. It features a khaki-wearing Vineeth, his father Sreenivasan and Shine Tom Chacko. Along with the poster, the makers also confirmed that the film will be hitting screens in July.

Kurukkan marks the comeback of veteran Sreenivasan, who has been battling health issues lately. He has earlier acted with Vineeth in films like Makante Achan and Padmasree Bharat Dr Saroj Kumar. They last acted together in Aravindante Athidhikal.

Kurukkan is scripted by Manoj Ramsingh. The cast also includes Shruthi Jayan, Sudheer Karamana, Malavika Menon, Ansiba Hassan, Gowri Nanda, Srikant Murali, Balaji Sharma and Azeez Nedumangad.

The film has cinematography by Jibu Jacob, music by Unni Elayaraja and edits handled by Ranjan Abraham.
