The makers of Ini Utharam starring Aparna Balamurali released the trailer on Monday. Directed by Sudheesh Ramachandran, the film is produced by Arun and Varun under the A&V Entertainments banner.

Aparna plays Janaki in this thriller. In the trailer, Janaki visits the police station and confesses that she has murdered someone. Set in Pooppara, the film unfolds with a series of police investigations.

The film also stars Kalabhavon Shajohn, Siddique, Sidharth Menon and Harish Uthaman in pivotal roles. The film's screenplay and dialogues are written by Renjith Unni. With Hesham Abdul Wahab scoring the music, Vinayak penned the lyrics. The technical crew also includes cinematographer Ravichandran and editor Jithin D.
