The shooting for Kurukkan, the upcoming film starring Sreenivasan and Vineeth Sreenivasan, has been wrapped up on Tuesday.

Directed by Jayalal Divakaran, the film is produced by Maha Subair under the banner of Varnachithra Productions. The film went on floors in Kochi in November. Sreenivasan, who has been battling health issues, is returning to work with Kurukkan. The film has a script by Manoj Ram Singh. Kurukkan also stars Shine Tom Chacko, Shruthi Jayan, Sudheer Karamana, Malavika Menon, Ansiba Hassan, Gowri Nanda, Srikant Murali, Balaji Sharma and Azeez Nedumangad. The film has cinematography by Jibu Jacob.

The father-son duo last acted together in Aravindante Athidhikal (2018). Meanwhile, Vineeth will be next seen in Thankam.
