Producer KV Sathyaprakash has announced that actor Darshan's Saarathi will be re-released this Ugadi. Originally released 15 years ago, the action-packed drama was one of Darshan’s most memorable films, blending emotion, mass appeal, and high-octane sequences. Now, audiences will get another chance to experience the magic of the film on the big screen.

Saarathi features Darshan in the lead role as an honest auto driver whose journey of courage, love, and resilience captured the hearts of viewers across Karnataka. The film’s ensemble cast includes Deepa Sannidhi as female lead, Sarath Kumar, Rangayana Raghu, Bullet Prakash, Sithara, Sharath Lohitashwa, and Muni, all of whom delivered strong performances that added depth to the narrative. The film was directed by Dinakar Toogudeepa, with music composed by V Harikrishna.
