"I think I've been incredibly successful in interacting with some immensely talented and generous people," she said. "So many of the people that I've had the chance to collaborate with. That is something that I feel I've been very, very successful in."

That sentiment became the main theme of her speech. Instead of discussing her growing filmography or the scale of Toxic, Rukmini focused on the people who influenced her experience on the film. She began her speech in Kannada and then switched to English to welcome media members from across the country. The Bengaluru actor expressed her gratitude to everyone involved in the film, including the media.

Her first words were for director Geetu Mohandas. Calling Geetu "the unstoppable director that we have," Rukmini thanked her for guiding her through what she described as a "complex, difficult character." She said the filmmaker consistently challenged her while providing unwavering support.

"As you held my hand, constantly pushing me to go further and demanding more, I've grown so much," she said.

Thanking Yash, Rukmini shared her experience arriving on set as an admirer. "I walked onto this set as a fangirl, but you invited me to be a collaborator." She mentioned that this gesture would stay with her long after Toxic. It taught her the importance of fostering an environment where everyone feels they can contribute. She hopes to carry that approach into every future film she works on.

She then turned to Radhika Pandit with a brief but heartfelt message. "I'm a huge fan. I love you," she said.

Addressing producer Venkat K Narayana, Rukmini congratulated him on his successful run and thanked him for his kindness from their very first meeting. She noted that his concern for the filmmaking process made the journey enjoyable.
