Nodidavaru Enantare, directed by Kuldeep Kariappa, which was released on January 31, 2025, has now been officially selected for the 16th Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival, marking a key moment in its run after theatres and OTT.

The film stars Naveen Shankar, Apoorva Bharadwaj, Padmavati Rao, Spandana Prasad, and Shwetha Srinivas, with music by Mayuresh Adhikari, cinematography by Ashwin Kennedy, and editing by Manu Shedgar.

The film was also screened at the 17th Bangalore International Film Festival and has received six nominations at the Indian National Cine Academy Awards.

Nodidavaru Enantare follows a man dealing with personal struggles, using a road journey to explore how people are shaped by judgment and expectation. It keeps the focus on his inner conflict and the pressure of “what will people say” without leaning on heavy drama.

With its focus on everyday lives and the weight of perception, the film’s selection at the 16th Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival adds to its presence across theatres, streaming, and festivals.
