Kantara: Chapter 1 isn’t just rewriting box office history—it’s redefining how Indian cinema celebrates culture, faith, and folklore. Among the many voices praising writer-director and actor Rishab Shetty’s vision, veteran actor and former MP Sumalatha Ambareesh has now joined the chorus, calling the film “a cinematic masterpiece” and applauding Shetty’s stunning portrayal of Karnataka’s traditions and spiritual ethos.
The film, produced by Vijay Kiragandur’s Hombale Films, continues to dominate screens across India and beyond, drawing acclaim for its spellbinding music, rich visual storytelling, and deeply rooted narrative.
