Feluda season two gets release date

The second season of Bengali director Srijit Mukherji's web series adaptation of the Satyajit Ray character Feluda is set to drop on the streaming platform hoichoi on December 20. In Feludar Goyendagiri: Bhuswargo Bhoyonkawr, the titular detective deals with a mysterious murder in picturesque Kashmir Valley locations. The first season, titled Feludar Goyendagiri, released in 2022. The upcoming season features Tota Roy Choudhury, Anirban Chakrabarti, and Kalpan Mitra as they reprise their roles as Feluda, Jatayu, and Topshe, respectively.

The makers also released a trailer for the series, where the three leads meet a former judge as they try to find a missing ring. They navigate scenic places such as Gulmarg, Khilanmarg, Pahalgam as they look into the alibis of those suspected in a murder.

Rajatava Dutta, Sawon Chakraborty, and Riddhi Sen are also part of the cast. According to the makers, the upcoming season pays tribute to memorable sequences from the detective's previous adventures. Describing Feluda as a cultural icon, Srijit Mukherji stated that the next instalment in the series aims to delve into "deeper moral dilemmas while delivering an edge-of-the-seat experience."
